Global's Changwon factory, the largest storage battery manufacturing plant in the country is equipped with the most up-to-date machinery and facilities, housed in a building with over 48,000 square meters of total floor space on a site of over 92,400 square meters.
Global's Kwangju factory is filled with the latest machinery and facilities, and housed in a building of 26,960 square meters on a site of over 66,000 square meters.
Global built the new automotive battery production plant in its Kwangju factory to expand the production capacity.
After completion of the Kwangju 2nd factory, Global's automotive battery production capacity was extended to 12million units per year.
Global has an annual production capacity of over 16.2million storage batteries, including 12million automotive batteries, 850 thousand industrial batteries, 3 million valve regulated lead acid (VRLA) batteries, and 350 thousand Golf Cart batteries.

All Global's products go through strict quality test with advanced test equipment such as the spectrometer, the constant-temperature/humidity oven, life tester, and the multi-purpose tester.
Moreover, for perfect product management from the production stages to the consumers.

Global is actively carrying out a ZD (Zero Defect) program centering on TPM (Total Production Maintenance) in each production process and distribution step.
